Maxwell Hodgson open their new high profile office in Wetherby

Maxwell Hodgson open their new high profile office in Wetherby

We are delighted to announce that on Friday 30th March 2012 ; we moved into our new showroom right in the heart of Wetherby. Having established our brand and reputation over the last 4 and half years from our Westgate Office in Wetherby, this move has been strategically planned and follows outstanding success last year.  Having outgrown our existing office, the new premises double our space and have been newly fitted to provide a smart and welcoming showroom coupled with the latest technology.  Situated at the bottom of High Street, by the roundabout and the River Wharfe, we now have maximum visibility and impact, because no matter from which direction you enter the town, you see us.  We are a fiercely independent, family run firm and our clients say that what they like about us is the fact that we are refreshingly different. We have even been described as ‘boutique and bijou’ which I think sums up quite nicely our ethos.  We give our clients the time and attention they deserve and our entire team have vast experience and a caring attitude. The fact that most of our business now comes from personal recommendation is in my opinion our most important accolade. (Please see the many client reviews on our website: http://www.maxwellhodgson.co.uk/client-reviews).  Anyone who is thinking of moving is very welcome to call and see us at 8 High Street, Wetherby.   Tel. 01937 589388   sales@maxwellhodgson.co.uk    or www.maxwellhodgson.co.uk

New High Profile Offices for Maxwell Hodgson in Wetherby

New High Profile Offices for Maxwell Hodgson in Wetherby

After four and a half years in Wetherby, we are delighted to announce that we are moving into new larger premises right in the town centre. There is no question that it has been really hard work; a cold start is hard enough but throw in a recession and a declining market and it is something else!  Nevertheless, against the odds we have built a very successful business which has grown consistently year on year.  Our clients say that what they like about us is the fact we are refreshingly different. We are a fiercely independent, family run firm, and pride ourselves in providing the opposite of conveyor belt estate agency. We have even been described as ‘boutique and bijou’ which I think sums up quite nicely what we are about.  We give our clients the time and attention they deserve and our entire team have vast experience and a caring attitude. The fact that most of our business now comes from personal recommendation is in my opinion our most important accolade.  This move has been strategically planned, having established our brand and reputation and following superb results in 2011. We have outgrown our current offices in Westgate. The new premises will double our space and are currently being fitted to provide a smart and welcoming showroom coupled with the latest technology.  Situated at the bottom of High Street, by the roundabout and the River Wharfe,  we will have maximum visibility and impact and, we believe, the most prominent office in the town.  We will move seamlessly into the new office in the next few weeks and until then anyone who is thinking of moving is welcome to contact us at our Westgate office on 01937 589388    sales@maxwellhodgson.co.uk    or www.maxwellhodgson.co.uk

An attractive garden can add real saleability to a home.

Most estate agents would agree that an attractive garden can add real value and saleability to a property. Once you have taken into account the property's position and state of repair, three other factors are critical in terms of its appeal to the buyer - the garden, its privacy and views.
