We recently sold our property through Maxwell Hodgson. From the start they were extremely

helpful. We had considered using an online agent and we are so glad that we didn't! We wouldn't

have coped with the amount of work and without Maxwell Hodgson's expert advice.

On average Maxwell Hodgson referred to us between 1 to 2 prospective buyers per week. They were very accommodating and always available to us. 

Specially, I cannot recommend Elise highly enough. She is a fantastic negotiator and she went the extra mile for us.

Once we had a sale agreed, we experienced several issues with the chain. Elise kept us informed and pushed the sale forward with the solicitors, buyer and their mortgage advisor. I believe that the chain might have fallen through without her hard work.

Having been stuck in a difficult chain and having had problems with solicitors, Elise has done her best to make everything as stress-free as possible and taken on so much of the work herself when she didn't have to.
